Most of the homes we purchase receive significant updates before they are leased. Depending on the property, that may include a newer roof, updated heating, plumbing or electrical systems, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern appliances.

Before a new resident moves in, we inspect the home from top to bottom. Our checklist helps us identify anything that needs attention and confirm that the home is safe, clean, functional, and ready to live in.

Between residents, we complete necessary repairs, handle paint touch-ups, disinfect the home, professionally clean carpets when needed, and schedule a full cleaning before handing over the keys.
